Strategic and Development Projects

  • In 2022, Sneha commenced her research in Integrated Planning and UN Sustainable Development Goals
  • From 2009 till date Sneha prepared Community Strategic Plans, Delivery Programs, Operational Plans, End of Term Report, Annual Reports, Performance Reports, Community Importance and Satisfaction Surveys and Pricing Policy, Fees and Charges for multiple councils in NSW.
  • In 2020, Sneha developed a Pandemic Prioritisation Matrix to help organizations make decisions on projects that are of utmost importance for community during the COVID-19 pandemic. This matrix was presented to the State Government in New South Wales (NSW), Australia and presented to 60 councils in NSW.
  • From 2013- 2016, Sneha worked on Fit for Future Improvement Proposal, Service Listing, Mapping and Level definition, PWC Operational Effectiveness Survey for multiple councils in NSW.
  • From 2011-2014, Sneha travelled to multiple countries in Asia and Pacific to facilitate country strategy discussions to address housing and homelessness related issues. Countries include but not limited to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia. She also contributed to Global Strategy Frameworks in addition to Asia Pacific Strategy Management.
  • From 2006-2008, Sneha worked on country strategy for World Vision India to address child focused, community transformation in communities in India for poverty alleviation. She was part of the project evaluation team in Ballia, Lalitpur and Moradabad for the Maternity Mortality Rate reduction health project. She also prepared a Human Development Indicators catalogue for more than 500 districts in India to identify areas that require intervention for community development and poverty alleviation. Her work was acknowledged by the Asia Pacific Region, and she was invited by Laos to help facilitate their country strategy.
  • In 2005, she created awareness on Tsunami and the issues affecting communities impacted by Tsunami through a public screening of documentary Nee Engey in Chennai for which she wrote the story.
  • In 2003/04 Sneha campaigned on issues affecting children on the streets and weavers. She has also directed a documentary on manual scavenging.
